Tanaoba Lais Manekat Foundation (TLM) was established by the Evangelical Protestant Church of Timor (Gereja Masehi Injili Timor – GMIT) in January 1995 as a non-government organization. It was created to support local communities through the provision of business creation and related services within the province of Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT), also known as Eastern Indonesia. This province has the least favorable social and economic statistics of all the 33 Indonesian provinces.
