SEDA (Center of Small Enterprise Development Assistance) is a Vietnamese NGO that was established since 2007 and is a part of Binhminh cdc - a Vietnamese Liability Company Limited, both are running with non-profit purpose. We are supplying Microfinance services to the low income and disadvantaged people in rural areas of Hanoi and Northern provinces of Vietnam. Our microfinance activites were launched in 2003 and so far (2007) we have reached nearly 4,000 clients who are predominantly small farming entrepreneurs and low income individuals with the loan portfolio of 364,000 USD. We offer clients financial and nonfinancial services and help them improve their income and standard of living.
